About
Run by Morgan Sheldon.
The network
South Coast Civil Resilience started in October 2026, in the week the government asked every household to be ready for three days on its own. It is run by Morgan Sheldon.
It covers Hampshire, East and West Sussex and the Isle of Wight. It is independent and civilian, and sits alongside the emergency services and the local resilience forums rather than in their place. Residents join free. Organisations that need a tested continuity plan engage him for the work.
