When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the organisation you name, and what you write. When you visit: the technical information any web server records, such as IP address and browser type.

To answer you, to keep in touch with you as a member of the network if you join, and to carry out any work that follows. Where work follows, the lawful basis is the contract or the steps you asked for before one. Where you join or ask a question, the lawful basis is the legitimate interest in running the network and answering. Technical records are kept to run and secure the site.

The people who host the site and deliver its email. Professional advisers where needed. Public bodies where the law requires. Nobody else, and nothing is sold. Members are not shown to other members without their say-so.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for any work or dispute that follows, then deleted. Membership details are kept while you are a member and deleted when you leave. Records that the law requires to be kept are kept for that period.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it in a portable form. Use the contact form. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
